Hello.. I am frome saudi araibia and i went to london befor 2 weeks .. i pay somethings about 2000 pounds, then when i come back i went to airport then i present the bill to VAT office, They told me the money will be refund by credit card but now i wait the money refund but nothing refunded !!!! Why???? & what is the problem?? Please help me !
